Hey there, Kevin! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your question!
Kevin, in a couple of short months, you'll be arriving at the beautiful bayou of
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, ready to embark on your magical Walt Disney World adventure. I know you must be getting so excited! This New Orleans girl is thrilled to hear that you've chosen such a picturesque Resort with an oh-so-fun
pool area, fantastic
dining and a seemingly endless list of
recreational activities. However, the planner in me knows that there is still a bit of work to be done before the fun can begin. So, let's get this planning party started!
To find your Walt Disney World Resort reservation, just log into your
My Disney Experience account, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab and click "My Plans." Scroll down to see your Resort reservation under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Here, you can also click the blue "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" link to find your linked theme park tickets.
If you don't see your Resort reservation here, Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." Scroll back up to the top of the page and hover over the blue "Resort Hotel" icon under "Kevin's Plans and Tickets." Click "Link a Reservation" to link your Resort reservation to your account. Just have the confirmation number and last name that the reservation was made under handy. Now, you should be all set!
If you are still having any trouble linking your reservation, I suggest
calling a helpful Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations for some assistance. They will be more than happy to wave their wands and work their magic!
Kevin, if I have your arrival date correct, you'll be able to begin making dining reservations for your entire vacation (up to 10 days) on January 22nd at 6:00 a.m. EST. Like Princess Tiana, you're almost there! Once your reservation is linked, you can make your must-have
dining reservations on the
Walt Disney World website or My Disney Experience app. Speaking of dining, be sure to head over to explore your sister Resort,
Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and grab some delicious Mickey-shaped beignets. I may be biased, but they make the perfect breakfast, dessert or any-time snack. Yum! Enjoy!
I hope this was helpful, Kevin, and I hope you have an unforgettable and pixie-dusted vacation. Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you have. You've got a friend in planDisney!
Blue skies and sunshine,
Mandy
