    I don't quite understand how memory maker works. Does the purchase price for memory maker include downloads to my own computer that I can then print? If so, what is the additional $14.95 download purchase? Thanks!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Mom Panel!

    Interestingly enough, this very issue happened to myself and another Mom Panelist just this weekend. We were attempting to download pictures from a trip in December and it was charging us $14.95 per pictures.

    We knew we were within our 45 day window so we were unsure why we were being charged. After a wonderful conversation with a cast member we found out the Memory Maker card we were given in our check-in packet had to be linked with our Memory Maker account.

    To make sure your account is linked correctly call Walt Disney World Memory Maker cast members at (407)560-4300.
