If you don't purchase a ticket for the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, are you prohibited from rides that are blocked, fireworks, parade, etc. ?

Yes. Ticket holders will be given a special wristband when they enter the park for the party. This identifies them as party guests and will allow them to participate in all the party events. If you aren't wearing the wristband during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, you will not be allowed to go on the rides, trick-or-treat, meet the characters in their party garb (many of whom can only be seen at MNSSHP), or purchase special party merchandise.

If you'd like to participate in the fun at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, you're going to need to buy a ticket.
