Hi there, Janice, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy you're here with this great question about your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It sounds like you're just under two months away from your visit, so that means it's time to make some Advance Dining Reservations. I'm thrilled to assist you!
Janice, to make an Advance Dining Reservation, visit
this helpful webpage. Enter your party size, date (or date range), time, and desired location. You can filter by Disney Theme Park area or
Disney Springs if you like. Click "Done" to see all availability within your parameters. When you find an option you want to reserve, click on that time. You'll have the option to choose add-ons and note special dietary and accessibility requests. If you're not logged in to your myDisney account, you'll be prompted to log in at this time. Then, you'll confirm your credit card and contact information. Your credit card will only be charged if you fail to cancel in accordance with the restaurant's cancellation policy or don't show up for your reservation. You can typically cancel a dining reservation up to two hours before your reservation time.
An alternative to this is to go straight to the webpage for the restaurant where you'd like to dine. Just search the name at the top right of the website. When you go to the
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop page, you'll see a blue button that says, "Check Available Days." Click this button to go through a similar process to the one I described above. However, this time, you'll only be shown available times at this particular dining location, unless otherwise noted.
A third option would be to reach out to a
helpful Cast Member either by phone or through the chat feature of the website. I've had success booking dining this way in the past!
If you're unable to find a time, keep checking back as your vacation draws near. Many Guests take advantage of the generous cancellation policy I mentioned above, meaning you might find that reservations will become available the day of and the day before you'd like to dine. Lastly, you're always welcome to stop by the restaurant to inquire about walk-up availability.
Janice, I hope you're able to book your dining reservation without issue. Please stop by planDisney with any other questions you have!
Bon appetit!
Jennifer
