Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rahiela! We're so glad you stopped by with your question.
One thing I can assure you of is that the Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort strive to make your vacation as magical as possible. This is especially the case with dining. My oldest son has an allergy to tree nuts and peanuts, and I always appreciate the extra steps the restaurants take to ensure he has a delicious meal, specially prepared with his allergy in mind. I would make sure you note on your dining reservations that you do not eat pork by calling (407) 939-3463.
The Special Diets Team is also a fantastic resource, and they have information about specific menu accommodations, such as Kosher and
Halal meals. They can be contacted via email at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.
Quick-Service locations follow the same protocols, so simply explain your situation when you approach the counter. I'm a big fan of
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering through the
My Disney Experience app, which has been rolled out to many Quick-Service locations throughout the theme parks and Walt Disney World Resort hotels. I encourage you to explore this in advance of your trip, as many items can be customizable according to your preference. For example, the Contempo Smokehouse Burger at
Contempo Cafe has an option to leave off the bacon; same with most of the sandwiches at
D-Luxe Burger in Disney Springs and
Restaurantosaurus at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. When you click on a menu item, scroll down to the bottom of the screen where you'll see "Customize Your Selection." Easy peasy!
I hope this helps, Rahiela! Please come back and visit us again soon if you have any other questions!
