Hey, Judy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. I am so sorry to hear of your difficulties with the Disney PhotoPass website! Downloading Disney PhotoPass photos via your Memory Maker purchase is a
task best done on laptop or desktop computer, as you likely have LOTS of photographic memories to be saved!
Once you sign in to your My Disney Experience account, the system will load all of your Disney PhotoPass pictures. Now, simply hover your computer's pointer arrow over one of the photos. Do you see the gray circle that pops up in the upper right-hand corner of the picture? Click it and it should turn green with a checkmark. Doing this will then allow the
Download button and another checkbox just under it labeled
Download All Visible Media to appear in the upper right-hand corner of the website. If you would like to just download certain pictures, click on those specific pictures and click
Download. If you would like to download every single picture, click that other new
Download All Visible Media checkbox before clicking the
Download button. In my experience with downloading large groups of Disney PhotoPass pictures, the system will automagically download them into compressed files that can then be "unzipped" on your computer and saved.
