I'm so glad you stopped by with your question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit because we love to help other Guests plan practically perfect vacations!

I have good news for you! At The Most Magical Place on Earth, every Guest is treated like royalty and if you choose to book your Disney Resorts Collection hotel and your Theme Park tickets separately, you still receive all the benefits of a Disney Resort hotel Guest. The Early Theme Park Entry benefit allows Guests of Disney Resort hotels and other select hotels to enter the theme parks 30 minutes before scheduled opening hours, which means you can ride your favorite attractions before the park opens. If you are staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort, Disney Deluxe Villa Resort or other select hotels, you can enjoy extended evening hours on select nights in select theme parks, so you have even more time to enjoy more of your favorite attractions.

As a Disney Resort hotel Guest, you can purchase MagicBand or MagicBand+ at a special pre-arrival price 11 or more days before your vacation and they will be automagically shipped to your home. You can also purchase a variety of MagicBands or MagicBand+ on the shopDisney website or once you arrive at one of the Disney Resort hotels, Disney Springs, or many of the merchandise shops in the theme parks. Personally, I like to take advantage of the pre-arrival price and have them ready to go as soon as I leave for my vacation.
