Welcome back, Amanda! Dining is always a magical experience at sea with Disney Cruise Line! I remember that you're setting sail on the Disney Dream, so your family is in for three of my favorite restaurants at sea: Animator's Palate, Enchanted Garden, and Royal Palace. Of course, I do hope you'll find a night to sneak away for an
Adult Exclusive dinner at Palo or Remy too. Palo is my all-time favorite, so my husband and I never miss an opportunity to dine there!
During your regular
rotational dining each evening, the same serving team that you meet on night one in the first restaurant will rotate with you though the other two main restaurants, so you'll have the same servers each evening, no matter where you are assigned to dine. We love that they get to know our preferences and we get to know them. My kids always become fast friends with our dining servers, as they're so great with the kids, playing games, showing tricks and telling jokes! Since the dining service starts at a specific time, you'll arrive then and have a table ready for you. No need to line up early, as all guests have tables assigned, so yours will be waiting for you!
Check out the delicious offerings on the menu each night and feel free to make two entree selections if you just can't decide. We've done this before, and our servers have been happy to bring them both! Once you're done with your meal, you are free to go enjoy the exciting activities that go on in the evening onboard the Dream. Your server only takes care of your table and a few others, so he or she will be nearby, but no need to check out. We always say goodbye to them before we go, but you don't have to sign for anything, unless you charged a specialty beverage to your account.
Happy planning, Amanda!
