Ahoy there, neighbor! Thanks for floating back to us at planDisney!
What an
exciting sail you have coming up! One of my friends sailed the same
route last year and said it was one of his best cruises. He said the combination of entertainment plus forced relaxation made it absolutely magical.
For 7-night or longer cruises, you can expect the following
itinerary for your themed nights:
• One pirate (or another theme) night
• One semi-formal night
• One formal night
• All the rest cruise casual
On the semi-formal and formal nights,
cruise photographers will have stations where you can get great photos. I love any chance I can to get family photos, and it's a bonus when there's no argument about dressing up since it's the cruise itinerary. We used one of our photos for holiday cards a few years ago!
Don't worry about having your formal clothes wrinkle-free. The first night is always cruise casual, so you'll have plenty of time to let your dressy attire air. You can also head to the
laundry rooms on your ship, where irons and boards are available for your use. You also have full-service laundry that can be picked up and delivered directly to your stateroom.
Victoria, you know where to find us if you have any other questions. Bon Voyage!
