We will doing a split stay between OKW & Boardwalk, with DHS in the am and Golf at 1 on our transfer day. If we did bag transfer what time would the bags arrive at Boardwalk? If after 12, is there another way to get my clubs from OKW to Magnolia?

    Hi Morgan!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! A split-stay at two Walt Disney World Resorts is a fantastic way to experience the Magic in two different ways, and you have picked excellent Resorts to enjoy! I just returned from a stay at Disney’s BoardWalk Villas and can’t say enough about the fantastic service and location!

Luggage transfer between Resorts is a super convenient way to move your bags and allow you to enjoy hassle-free fun! All you have to do is contact Bell Services at Disney’s Old Key West Resort and let them know you need your luggage transferred. They will then move your bags for you. Bell Service Cast Members tell us that typically luggage is transferred between 1:00-4:00 pm. So, while this should work for your regular bags, your golf clubs would not make it in time.

What I suggest is that you have Bell Services transfer all of your luggage except for your clubs. Then, ask them to hold your clubs at Disney’s Old Key West Resort. When you are done with the Park in the morning, head back to your Resort, pick up your clubs and then head to Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course for your round. It sounds like you won’t have a rental car, so a convenient option would be a Minnie Van! These polka-dotted beauties will conveniently transfer you anywhere on Walt Disney World Resort property, including the golf course.

Morgan, I wish you Pixie Dust on the course, including a birdie or two!
