We are doing a split stay - half of the vacation at POR and half at Yacht club. On the day that we switch resorts, are we allowed to use the pool at the Yacht club before official check in time? If so, are there changing areas available? Thanks

    Hi Lori,

The answers to your questions are yes and yes. Let me break it down for you ...

As early in your "switch day" as you like, go ahead and move on over to the Yacht Club. You can register at the hotel early in the morning. As soon as you register, you'll have full privileges of a resort guest, even if your room is not yet ready. Once you've registered, your MagicBands will be coded to allow entry to Stormalong Bay, the FABULOUS pool for the Yacht & Beach Club.

There are large restrooms just outside the pool area, next to the Beaches & Cream restaurant. This is a perfect place to change.

You're also welcome to leave any extraneous bags with the Bell Services desk at the Yacht Club. They'll keep your gear in a secure location until your room is ready.

    Have a great trip!
