Ahoy, Kimberlyn!

Kimberlyn, it sounds like you'll be taking advantage of
Disney Cruise Line's ground transportation before and after your sailing. This is a great decision because it will allow you to sit back and relax while Disney Cruise Line takes care of all the details. Guests, who utilize this service, do not have to select a port arrival time because you'll be able to check-in when your motor coach drops you at the terminal. If you are arriving at the Miami International Airport on the day of your sailing, you can expect about a 30-minute drive to the Port of Miami once it departs the airport. The motor coach buses will run continuously beginning in the mid-morning. If you are staying at one of the hotels that partner with Disney Cruise Line, you can expect about a 20 to 30-minute ride to the port. When my family cruised out of Miami a few years ago, we received a letter at our hotel at check-in with a specific pick-up time for the following morning. We met the motor coach outside our hotel, and we were at the port in about 20 minutes. We arrived around 10:30 a.m., but this can vary depending on your hotel.
I hope my answer gives you a better idea of what to expect, Kimberlyn. You've made a wonderful choice to use Disney Cruise Line ground transportation because it will be smooth sailing to begin your vacation with Captain Mickey. Please let us know if you think of any other questions. We always love to help!
Have a MAGICal day!
