We are doing a 9 night split stay in Nov. 4 nights in 2 bed villa at OKW and 5 nights in a 2 bed parlor suite at Dolphin. We have done split stays previously and had luggage transferred. Since this one includes the Dolphin is luggage transfer an option?

Welcome back, Scott! It's always great to see a returning guest hEAR at planDisney!

Scott, my family and I adore a "split stay" and in fact we have one coming up in just a few months. It's not only a great way to experience a different resort, but I love taking advantage of the proximity to different theme parks, different modes of transportation and different dining options

Scott, while in the past luggage transfer has been as easy as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, currently while the Walt Disney World Resort is focused on enhanced health and safety measures, this service to and from the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is on pause.  Scott, while this is likely not the news you were hoping for, I do recommend checking back closer to your trip. You are welcome to come back to planDisney with the same question or you can contact the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel at (407) 934-4000. For pre-planning purposes if you are not able to use the complimentary luggage transfer option, many guests opt to use a rideshare service on the day they transfer to a new resort. Please keep in mind this does come with a fee, but it easily allows you to bring all of your bags with you at your leisure.

Scott, I'll be wishing on a star for you that luggage transfer to and from the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel resumes before November. In the meantime, if you have any other questions, please come on back to planDisney where we are all EARS!
