Hi! I will be doing a 5 night cruise to Bahamas and Castaway Cay in June. I am wondering, when do you typically find out your dinner rotation? I want to book a dinner reservation at Remy, but don't want to miss any fun rotations.

    Welcome aboard, Gregory!

Next summer will be such a magical one as you set sail with Disney Cruise Line to the Bahamas, including one of my favorite spots in the world: Disney's private island, Castaway Cay! If you've never been there, you're really in for a treat!

When you arrive at Port Canaveral to board the ship, you'll check in there and receive your Key To The World Cards. On the bottom of the card, it will list your dining rotation with abbreviations for each restaurant. I wish I could find out my dining rotation earlier sometimes too, so that my husband and I can plan our Remy and Palo dining reservations. So, a way to do this is to call the agents at Disney Cruise Line and add a special request to your reservation. You may request that you are assigned a specific dining rotation that has your party visiting Animator's Palate, for example, on the first night of your cruise, if that is one you don't want to miss. Then, schedule your Remy reservations around that. Disney can't guarantee these requests, but I've found that they do their very best to accommodate them.

Have fun planning your cruise, Gregory, and please feel free to stop back with more questions over the next six months as you continue to count down to the big sail date! We're happy to help!
