Hi there, Victoria!
I'm sure with the
holiday season upon us, you are dreaming ahead to your magical visit next November! A vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort during the merriest time of the yEAR is definitely something to be VERY excited about, Victoria.
I was able to attend the first
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party last week, so I have a few tips for you for next yEAR's celebration. This yEAR, there are two ways to enhance your party experience that include reserved viewing locations for Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show. These additions to your Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party ticket are separately-priced. If you'd like reserved viewing for the fireworks, you'll want to attend
Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party, and if you'd like a spot for the parade, you'll want to select
Tony's Most Merriest Town Square Party. Since these are the 2019 offerings, I'd keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog throughout the upcoming yEAR to see if they will be available again for 2020.
If you decide to select your viewing locations, I recommend just in front of the Castle Forecourt Stage or close to Casey's Corner on Main Street U.S.A. for the fireworks, although these can be seen throughout
Magic Kingdom. They will light up the sky above Cinderella Castle, so you'll have a fantastic view wherever you're enjoying the party. As for the parade, I like to find a spot in front of the Walt Disney Railroad Train Station. It's at the end of the route on Main Street U.S.A. and never seems to be as crowded as some of the other viewing areas. Another suggestion is to watch the second parade at 11:00 p.m. as it tends to be less busy than the first at 8:30 p.m.
Victoria, I hope you'll keep us in mind as you continue to plan for your holiday visit next November. Thank you for stopping by!
