If we are doing the late dining option on the Disney Dream, what time will we need to be ready for the live shows?

Welcome aboard, Jason! The Disney Dream is such a magical ship with so much to offer every single member of your family. You're in for so many magical moments when you head out to sea with Disney!

My family and I love the second dinner seating for many reasons. But most of all, we enjoy that we don't have to rush to be ready after coming back to the ship from an exciting, busy day exploring each port of call. We can take our time getting showered and ready before we get to go to the Walt Disney Theatre to see one of the fabulous Broadway-style shows! Since there are two show times each night, guests can attend the one opposite their dining time. Guests, like yourselves, who have the second seating at dinner at 8:15 p.m., get to head to the first show in the theatre at 6:15 p.m. Those who dine during the first seating at 5:45 p.m. will enjoy the later show at 8:30 p.m.

If anyone in your family gets hungry before your late dining, there are lots of snack options, most included in the cost of your cruise, so take advantage of those! The complimentary 24-hour room service menu includes some great snacks and even full meals. We love to order some little snacks to nibble on while we take turns showering and getting ready each night. We have also grabbed quick bites at the Quick Service spots on the pool deck and taken those back to the room to snack on while we get dressed. Another of our kids' favorite things to do is bring our reusable travel mugs up to the beverage station on the pool deck and make Coke floats with a soft drink and the soft serve ice cream to bring to the theatre with us. Of course, they also sell specialty drinks and snacks at the theatre if you'd prefer to purchase there. You certainly won't go hungry!

    Have a magical adventure, Jason!
