    We are doing a land/sea vacation (3 days in disney first, then a 4 day cruise) We are taking the disney shuttle from the airport to the hotel but then how does it work to get to the cruise ship?

    Welcome aboard, Barbara! You're planning my favorite kind of Disney vacation: a surf and turf trip! We love to spend a few days before or after our Disney cruise at the Walt Disney World Resort. It adds so much extra magic to the vacation!

    Disney Cruise Line offers ground transfers from both the airport and the Walt Disney World resorts to Port Canaveral and back again after the cruise. You can book this during your online check-in or call Disney Cruise Line at 800-951-3532 to add this to your reservation. There is an extra cost of $35 per person each way, but I promise it is worth every penny as Disney takes care of all of the details making your transition from land to sea and back again so easy! Just be sure to book it ahead of time.

    If you've booked this ground transfer, you'll receive information in your resort room the night before you set sail, letting you know when and where to meet for your transportation. The motorcoach will pick you up and take you to the port, along the way showing a Disney Cruise Line video and classic Disney cartoons to keep the kids entertained. And before you know it, you'll be arriving at the port and catching your very first glimpse of the ship!

    After the cruise, simply head off the ship, and climb on your motorcoach for the trip back to the airport. It really doesn't get easier than this! Motorcoaches leave on a continuous basis until all booked guests have disembarked.
