Hi Katherine,
Welcome aboard planDisney! Thanks for sailing by with your question. I know you are already counting down the days until your first Disney Cruise Line holiday aboard the
Disney Fantasy begins!
How exciting to already have your
Cruise Activities booked! I know sometimes the activities you are most excited about may overlap with your
Rotational Dining schedule, so let's think about your options. First, speak with your dining team and let them know you have an overlapping activity. Depending on the timing, it may be possible that they can still accommodate you. I knew I was going to be running late for dinner one evening and let my team know and they were able to have my usual drink and bread service waiting when I arrived so that the flow of dinner was maintained despite my late arrival.
Since that option can't be guaranteed, you could consider stopping by
Flo's Cafe on Deck 11 near the pool. This Quick Service location consists of three food stations, each offering yummy options of burgers, chicken, pizza, salads and sandwiches. You will need to check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App for operating hours during your cruise since hours vary.
The other option is to order
Room Service, which is complimentary, though some items are an additional charge. Again, check your Navigator App for the full menu. I always like to give the Crew Member who delivers my In-Room Dining items a gratuity, so keep that in mind. And here is a little tip, you can order Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars through room service!
I hope this information is helpful for you, Katherine. I'm so excited that you have your first Disney Cruise Line vacation fast approaching and that soon you will be a member of the
Castaway Club, too! If you have other questions, please let us know.
Wishing you many fantasy-filled memories,
Shannon
