Hi Veronica!
I have a confession to make. One of my biggest challenges when planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is fitting in all the yummy snacks! Between old favorites such as
Dole Whip and
Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches and new items to try like
these limited-time Magic Kingdom Park snacks, there is a lot of snacking going on!
There is not a list of all the snack options, probably because it would be pages and pages long! You will find options that qualify as a snack on the
Disney Dining Plan at just about every
Quick Service dining location, as well as stands and carts throughout the Resort. A snack item is a single-serving food or beverage item, such as:
- Fountain beverage, coffee, bottled beverage or water
- Ice cream cone, sundae, or novelty
- Pastry, cookie, or muffin
- Popcorn scoop
- Piece of fruit
- Side items, such as fries, soup, or vegetable
As easy way to get an idea of items that qualify as snacks is to log on to the
My Disney Experience mobile app and select "Mobile Food Orders", select a restaurant and "Order Food". (You will be able to view the menus without actually ordering food.) You will then see menu items with the wording "Qualifies as a Snack". Most beverages, dessert items, and side items qualify as snacks. You can even redeem a snack credit for your favorite beverage at Starbucks locations within Walt Disney World Resort.
Many other dining locations offer snack items in addition to the locations that offer
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
If you will be visiting Epcot during a festival such as the
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, you'll find many
items featured at the Outdoor Kitchens are also available to purchase with snack credits.
My friend and fellow panelist
Jessica recently answered a question for another guest about her
favorite Walt Disney World snacks.
I hope that helps! Please visit us again if you have any additional questions.
Happy Snacking!
