Welcome aboard, Zoraya!
So much is
included in the cost of your Disney Cruise! You'll be surprised at all of the activities, clubs, events, and entertainment that come along as part of your sailing! One of my family's favorite parts of sailing with Disney is the fun that goes on in the Youth Clubs. My children cannot get enough of the Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab, both included in the cost of your cruise. The hours vary each day, but typically they open around 9:00 a.m. and stay open until midnight or later. During those hours, there are crafts, games, activities, science experiments, character visits, parties, and more!
Be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App before you arrive at the port, or check your Personal Navigator newsletter onboard each day for the listing of the day's events around the ship and in the clubs. My family and I bring colored highlighters to highlight each of our own "must-do" activities so we can plan out our days onboard and in the ports.
If your kiddos love the Oceaneer Club and Lab onboard, they'll also adore hanging out in Scuttle's Cove on Castaway Cay. This is the island's youth club for kids ages three to 12, and it is run by the same counselors that run the Oceaneer Club onboard, so your kids will have familiar faces there. But, at Scuttle's Cove, there is all sorts of fun (and messy!) water and sand play for the kids. My kids love to spend a few hours there each time we visit Castaway Cay, so my husband and I take those few hours to sneak away to Serenity Bay, the adult beach on the island. Then, we enjoy the rest of the day together as a family with the multitude of activities Disney provides!
Stop back with more questions before you set sail, Zoraya! We're happy to help! Have a great cruise!
