Hi! I am doing my dining reservations for my upcoming August trip - and I'd like to know if when I'm making the reservation, do I include my 3 month old baby as a guest or not? She'll be on my lap/baby wearing the entire time. Thank you!

    Rafaela,

    Thanks for your question!

This is an important question to ask. While you do not have to pay for a child under 3 (like at buffet meals, like Chef Mickey's), you should include them on your reservation. Disney does not just allow, but encourages you to feed a child under three from your plate without having to pay separately. But you do need to put them on your reservation so that Disney selects a table for you that is large enough for your party.

Even though your baby is likely to be on your lap the whole time, still account for them, as you may want to put them in a high chair or other baby seat for a time so you too can eat and enjoy your meal.

PLANNING TIP: Disney has many great resources for planning a trip with a little one. Make sure you take full advantage of them, including knowing more about the Baby Care Centers and how they can make your days in the parks easier. I also found this Preschool Parents Guide useful.

Have a Magical (and delicious) Vacation!
