This is an important question to ask. While you do not have to pay for a child under 3 (like at buffet meals, like
Chef Mickey's), you should include them on your reservation. Disney does not just allow, but encourages you to feed a child under three from your plate without having to pay separately. But you do need to put them on your reservation so that Disney selects a table for you that is large enough for your party.
Even though your baby is likely to be on your lap the whole time, still account for them, as you may want to put them in a high chair or other baby seat for a time so you too can eat and enjoy your meal.
