Ahoy, Pam!
A magical voyage followed by an adventure on land at the
Walt Disney World Resort sounds just splendid! It will certainly be a vacation filled with plenty of pixie-dusted moments for your crew.
Pam, the morning of disembarkation is always bittersweet, but since you've planned to continue on with the magic in the parks, it will be a little easier! Your motor coach transportation will depart the cruise terminal at 9:00 a.m. This should give you time to fuel up for your day in the parks so you can hit the ground running once you arrive. It's hard to say exactly how long it will take because there are a couple of factors to consider, but it is usually around a 90-minute drive. The order of resort drop-off and traffic are the unknowns so my best estimate is around 10:45 or 11:00 a.m.
One of the "minnie" perks to utilizing
Disney Cruise Line ground transportation to the Walt Disney World Resort is that you'll enjoy a seamless sea to land transition. Your luggage will be collected from outside your stateroom door on the last night of your cruise and magically reappear in your resort room the following day. For that reason, make sure to keep anything you may need for disembarkation and in the parks (passports, medication, sunglasses, sunscreen and MagicBands!) with you.
We are so glad you cruised by with your question, Pam! Please keep us in mind as you continue to plan for your
land and sea vacation.
Have a magical day!
Nancy
