We are doing a Bahamas cruise on Disney Dream in July. We would like to do a few days at Walt Disney World afterwards. What is the best way to get there from the cruise terminal? Are there shuttles or buses or car rentals close by? Thanks so much

    Ahoy Shannon!
July will be here before you know it, and you will be casting off for your Bahamian adventure on the magnificent Disney Dream!  Disembarking a Disney Cruise is never easy, but having a few days to enjoy the Walt Disney World Resort after your sailing is a great idea!
There are several transportation options to the Walt Disney World Resort from the Disney Cruise Line terminal.  First, Disney Cruise Line does have shuttles that will take you to the resorts on property.   A one-way voucher is currently $35 per person. You can add this on to your cruise reservation by calling (800) 951-3532.  There are three car rental agencies located close to the port, and I would recommend this if you would like to keep the rental car throughout your stay.  Budget, Hertz and Avis also have locations at the Orlando Airport so you can return the car when you are flying home.  These companies all offer shuttle pick-ups from the cruise terminal upon your arrival.   My last suggestion is to look into a town car/van shuttle from Happy Limo.  This might well for your family depending on how many Guests are in your party.
I hope my suggestions are helpful, Shannon! If you think of other questions, please let me know!
    Have a magical day!
