Anita – thank you for bringing your question to the planDisney panel.
I am not a pet owner, but most of my family is, so I understand from helping them plan their trips to the Disneyland Resort how important proper care for their dogs is. At this time, the Disneyland Resort Hotels and the two theme parks
do not allow pets, and there is no kennel service at this time.
However, you may have luck with a Good Neighbor Hotel. For example, the
Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort, the
Radisson Blu Anaheim, and the
Residence Inn by Marriot Anaheim Resort Area Garden Grove may allow dogs. I recommend contacting them directly to verify.
Please note that there is an exception to the dog policy for trained service animals. If your dog is a service animal, I recommend reviewing Disneyland Resort’s policy before arriving. Speaking of dogs, I wanted to share with you that hugs are back at Disneyland Resort, meaning you may have a chance to give my favorite dog, Pluto, a giant hug while visiting the Happiest Place on Earth. I find Main Street, U.S.A., to be a popular place to spot Mickey’s pet and some of the other classic Disney characters.
Have a great time, and please bring any other questions that come to mind our way. We would be happy to help!
Toodles,
Lola
