Hi is there a dog boarding place in Disney? Is it per day or can I put her in for the weekend?

    Hello Gerald!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask a great question about visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with your furry friend.   I know when I vacation one of the most important items for me to take care of is figuring out what we are going to do with the four legged member of our family, our sweet Golden Retriever.   I am happy to help you out today.

Walt Disney World does offer Resort Pet Boarding and Kennels through Best Friends Pet Care.  Best Friends Pet Care is open for Guests to drop their animals off for the day while they visit a theme park, or for longer overnight accommodations.  There are many different types of suites for dogs and condos for cats.  For more information or to make a reservation you can call (877) 4 WDW-PETS or (877) 4939738.   I have personally visited this facility and I have to say it is beautiful.   You will have a great group of Cast Members taking care of your fluffy family member.  I know even Mickey would let Pluto be taken care of by this wonderful facility.

I hope this has helped.  Please let me know how else I can assist you.  It's always fun to lend a helping hand to a fellow Guest.
