Hi there, Cody,
It’s great to see you here at planDisney!
Florida residents not only have the good fortune of living so close to The Most Magical Place on Earth, but they also receive some magical perks at Walt Disney World Resort. Currently, Florida Residents may purchase the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, which is an amazing value.
In order to purchase a Florida Resident annual pass, for each ticket purchased for an adult, you need to provide one of the following:
- Valid Florida driver’s license (must have a Florida address)
- Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
- Valid Florida-based military ID
Cody, if you do not have one of the IDs indicated above, then you must provide one of the following proofs of Florida residential address—dated within the past 2 months—along with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver's license, state identification card):
- Proof of Current Mortgage
- Bills, Policies or Registration of homeowner’s insurance, auto insurance, utility services
- Mail from a financial institution or official government agency
I encourage you to check out more specific requirements on the Walt Disney World website Florida passholder FAQ to ensure you have the proper documents so you can start experiencing the magic as soon as possible.
Here’s a quick tip for you, Cody! For your convenience, Florida residents with any of the Valid Florida identification listed above can now verify their residency online. This will allow you to head straight to the parks once you are verified! All you need to do is complete the “Your Florida Resident Information” form upon check-out when you purchase tickets through Walt Disney World website or complete the “Customize Your Tickets” step when you purchase through the My Disney Experience app. It’s like the Fairy Godmother waved her magic wand just for you!
Cody, I hope this information has been helpful to you. You are always welcome to be our Guest here at planDisney, so stop by anytime with your vacation planning questions!
Remember, you are the magic,
Shannon
