Our 1st DL vacation starts 5/17/14. When we arrive my wife will be 16 weeks pregnant. Our 2 girls are 4 & 6. What should be our "must do's"? We have been to WDW numerous times. 4 nights in Anaheim then moving on to SDiego. Thanks

    Hello Mitchell,

I'm so excited for your family to visit The Happiest Place on Earth. You all are going to make magical memories that will last a lifetime! We have visited the Disneyland Resort when our daughter was 4 years old and just returned from the parks yesterday, and now she is 6 years old - both ages are priceless.

There are a lot of must-sees at the Disneyland Resort that I think your family will love. Your daughters will go gaga over the Fantasy Faire in Fantasyland. This is the place for all things Princess! There are Meet 'N' Greets, it's royally decorated, and there are two shows to be enchanted by.

After, located near "it's a small world", you can meet the adventurous Merida from Brave in the Fairytale Garden. Your girls may enjoy a flight over to Pixie Hollow to discover the hidden home of Tinker Bell & her Fairy Friends. I absolutely love the queue for this Meet 'N' Greet, as you walk down the path you will see the Fairy homes and blades of grass begin to tower over you.

Something fun that we like to do during Meet 'N' Greets is video the entire experience. Sometimes the characters throw a little pixie dust on our kids and spend a little extra time with them asking them a lot of questions or giving extra long hugs, thus making very magical memories and priceless pictures.

The Character Dining experiences are a great way to meet with your favorite Disney Characters! The Characters stop by your table to sign autographs, have a chat, and make special memories with your family! One of our family favorites is Goofy's Kitchen located in the Disneyland Hotel. You have the choice of breakfast or dinner while Goofy's friends make a special visit at each table. It’s an experience you will always remember.

If you have any more questions please write me back on how I can help you plan your pixie-dusted vacation.

    Have an enchanting time!
