Hi Valarie, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! I saw on the Diwali Dance Fest website that this is the first year the Grand Parade is happening inside
Magic Kingdom. That’s going to be such an incredible experience!
I’d recommend contacting Diwali Dance Fest with questions about the schedule and which events need a theme park ticket. According to their website, the Final Timeline will be released 10-14 days before the event. Until then all times and locations are subject to change.
However, you can get an idea of what the schedule might look like by checking out the Past Events pages on the Diwali Dance Fest website. In past years the parade happened once with other events going on throughout the weekend, like a parade rehearsal, dance showcase, and Diwali party.
You’ll be at Disney World during one of my favorite times of the year, when Main Street, U.S.A. is covered in BOO-tiful pumpkin decorations! And the specially ticketed event,
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is happening on select nights in Magic Kingdom for a night filled with spooky fun. The event-exclusive parade, fireworks, and shows are not to be missed! There’s even trick-or-treating too.
And over in
EPCOT, the
International Food & Wine Festival will be underway. I love to leisurely walk around World Showcase and try the different small bites from the Global Marketplace kiosks. There’s also an included Eat to the Beat Concert Series in the America Gardens Theater. Keep an eye on the
