Ahoy Michael!
Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Before you know it, you will be sailing with Captain Mickey. I am so excited to hear that you will be embarking on your high seas adventure next month! I cannot wait for you to experience all of the
magic onboard with your son and fiancé.
U.S. citizens who are cruising from and returning to the same U.S. port can provide a copy or original of their state-issued birth certificate and a government-issued photo ID. For children who are 15 years of age or younger, the state-issued birth certificate will fulfill their
travel documentation requirements. I checked with a Disney Cruise Line Vacation Specialist and this is also true in your situation. As long as you are a named legal guardian for your son, no additional documentation specific to guardianship would be required for him at check-in.
Before you head to the cruise terminal, be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. This tool is a map to all of the treasures onboard during your sailing including
activities,
character experiences,
show times, dinner menus and more!
Cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions before you set sail, Michael!
"Sea" ya real soon! Angie
