I had a Disneyworld vacation planned for April 5, 2020 but due to pandemic could not go. Everything was electronic and when Disneyw was closed because of COVID, all documentation of my tickets (6 total) disappeared. How do I retrieve them? Are they valid

Welcome to planDisney, Devon! Please don’t worry about your phantom theme park tickets. I will help you find them!

You have not lost your tickets. They are in a digital type of limbo, but you will be able to retrieve and enjoy them on your next vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort

To get the wheels in motion, so that you can start planning your next vacation, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Make sure to include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your My Disney Experience account and go ahead and assign those tickets to guests in your party. Problem solved!

If you have any other questions about those tickets, you can always call the Resort at (407) 939-5277. The earlier in the morning you make that call, the better. When I have a ticket issue to resolve, I call right at 7 a.m., when they open.

Devon, I hope I’ve been helpful. Please don’t hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more questions. It’s always our pleasure to help you!

    Have a magical visit!
