    Hi Melinda, welcome to planDisney!

A trip to Walt Disney World Resort is a practically perfect cure for the post-holiday blues. It's hard to miss the most wonderful time of the year when you're saving the galaxy in EPCOT and playing big in Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

It sounds like you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package linked in My Disney Experience and are trying to get your Disney MagicMobile passes in order. Through January 8, 2024, all Guests over 3 require valid admission linked in My Disney Experience, a theme park reservation for each park day, and a method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) to access a theme park.

Let's start by determining how you are connected with your husband and kids in My Disney Experience. Take a look at your Family & Friends list. If "Profile managed by you" appears underneath anyone's name, that means you are managing that person's My Disney Experience account profile. This is important because you can only download a Disney MagicMobile pass for yourself and anyone whose My Disney Experience account profiles you manage. If your husband and/or children have their own My Disney Experience accounts, they must use their My Disney Experience mobile app to download their Disney MagicMobile passes. Once a Disney MagicMobile pass is created, it can be shared with other eligible iPhone users via Apple iMessage.

I think it would help to share what I see when I log into my My Disney Experience mobile app, Melinda. When I click the three lines at the bottom right of the app's homepage > Disney MagicMobile, I see the Disney MagicMobile pass I created for myself before my last vacation. If I click the "+" icon at the top right of my screen, I can create a Disney MagicMobile pass for my children, whose My Disney Experience account profiles I manage. My husband's name does not appear on this list because he has his own My Disney Experience account. My husband's Disney MagicMobile pass appears in my Apple Wallet, though, because he shared it with me before our trip.

If you're still having trouble getting your husband and children their Disney MagicMobile passes, I encourage you to contact a helpful Cast Member at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ number. Cast Members are available between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST and have helped me work through many Stitch-uations.

Thanks for trusting planDisney with such an important trip-planning question, Melinda. Happy holidays and enjoy the magical start to your new year!
