Hi Isaac,

You will receive your Key to the World cards when you check into your Disney resort. These handy little cards will function as your room key. They will also be loaded with any park tickets or dining plan credits that you've purchased as part of your package. And, if you choose to do so, you can add charging privileges to your Key to the World card, so that it will function like a credit card in the park and resort shops and restaurants.

And since the Key cards are imprinted with your name and travel dates, they also serve as a wonderful souvenir of your trip. I have a big jar on my desk filled with old Key cards. They're a great way to help me remember all my fabulous trips to Walt Disney World.
