I have 2 DisneyWorld tickets from 2009 that have yet to be used. Would they still be valid today if I were planning a trip this year? There is no details of an expiration date on them.

    Hey there Kayla!

Thanks for your question, and welcome to planDisney! Wow, what a terrific find. I'm happy to assure you that Walt Disney World honors all unused theme park tickets that do not have an expiration date. Woo hoo!

As you are planning your trip, I recommend that you call Guest Services Ticketing with your actual ticket numbers to confirm. They can verify for you the remaining use of your tickets and assist with getting them linked to your My Disney Experience account for ease of use. There's also the option of emailing a photo of your tickets (front and back) to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com to verify remaining use.

Once your tickets are good to go... you'll be ready to come enjoy the magic! I'd encourage you to link those tickets to your Disney account and download the My Disney Experience app before arrival. Then you can use the app for joining a virtual queue for popular attractions, purchasing Lightning Lane passes, making a Dining Reservation, checking attraction wait times throughout the day, or even placing a mobile order for food to save time.

Enjoy those tickets and have an amazing time at Walt Disney World! Please visit us again here at planDisney if you have any additional questions.

    See ya real soon!
