HI, we are going to Disneyworld in Sept. with our 3yrold daughter and staying at the Caribbean Beach resort. We made reservations for Chef Mickey at 7:20am...what is the best option for transportation to the Contemporary? Do the buses run that early?

    Hi Danielle,

What a magical time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

The buses do run that early. The great thing about Disney is that their dining and transportation systems are linked so that the guests can get to and from their resorts to their dining experiences as well as back home again afterwards.

At that time of the morning, I would be at the bus stop at 6:45 am. But I would also talk to the front desk the night before just to make sure. I would also ask about grabbing a cab to the Contemporary. This can be arranged the night before as well.

I have taken a cab to the Contemporary from Port Orleans Riverside which is about the same distance and about the same time. I was trying to see my husband run the half marathon and did not want to risk missing him. It cost me at the time $10 which was worth it to me.

    Have a great vacation!
