We are going on disney's magic cruise to the Bahamas in April. My daughter wants to get braids in her hair during the trip. Where is the best place to get this done?

Welcome aboard, Mary! I was on the newly re-imagined Disney Magic last month and am so thrilled with all of the updates to the ship. You are in for so much fun!

Both on the Magic and at Castaway Cay there are kiosks set up for hair braiding, so you won't have to travel far to have this done. What little girl doesn't like to come back home from vacation sporting a new beachy hairdo? Stop up to Deck 9, Midship, near the pools where you'll see a hair braiding stand. Normally there is a sign there stating the hours for your particular cruise. It's really convenient to have her hair braided there. Check there the first day, as appointments are required.

Your day at Castaway Cay is also a great time to have your little princess's hair braided. You'll find a hair braiding spot here as well, but I think it's so much easier to do on the ship so you don't have to spend your time at the beach waiting for hair braids. Either way, it's the same cost of just $2 per braid.

I hope those details help as you plan for your exciting cruise, Mary! Let me know if you have other questions before you set sail!
