Hiya Keelee,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for such a great question! You technically can get from each parking area to Disneyland Resort's main entrance without a shuttle, but in my opinion, the shuttles are much nicer. Saving time earlier in the day can help you get to the magic much quicker!
All Disneyland Resort
transportation, including shuttles to and from the Toy Story Land parking lot, accommodate wheelchairs and ECVs. They just need to be able to fit without being forced and be able to be securely fastened with the provided restraints. From what I've seen, most standard wheelchairs and ECVs fit these criteria, so you should be good to go. If your ECV or wheelchair is oversized, it may not be able to fit, so keep that in mind. If you don't think your ECV/wheelchair would fit, I suggest parking in Mickey & Friends Parking Structure since it is closer to the entrance. The Parking Structures also have a
Mickey Van that is more likely to accommodate a larger-size ECV.
I hope this was helpful, Keelee! Please come back and see us if you need anything else.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
