Does Disneyland require proof of age for toddlers that are almost 3 years old?

    Howdy Lucero!

Welcome! And thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question for us.

I’m so excited you’re planning on having a rootin’ tootin’ adventure with your little Mouseketeer! Spending time together at The Happiest Place on Earth is truly magical, and you’re going to love seeing the magic through your kiddo’s eyes!

Lucero, I’m ecstatic to tell you that since your Mouseketeer has not yet turned 3, they will be a Guest of Mickey Mouse, as Mouseketeers of ages 2 and under do not require a theme park ticket or a Theme Park reservation! Further proof of age is not needed; it’s an honor system.

All Guests ages 2 and older are required to wear face coverings while indoors and on Disney transportation; although your little one will not be required to wear face coverings, anyone else in your party who is older than 2 years of age will. I like to bring along a few extras just in case anyone in my family needs to don a fresh mask at any point!

Since you’ll be heading to the magic with your little one, I would like to introduce you to the Baby Care Centers located in both theme parks. They offer clean, wonderful spaces with large changing tables, feeding areas with high chairs, toddler-size toilets, and even a vending machine offering wipes, sunscreen, and more in case you’ve forgotten anything!

That concludes today's adventure briefing! Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to take care of the snake in my boot!

    So long, partner!
