Bonjour Christine, and welcome to planDisney! When I planned my vacation to France last year, spending time in both Paris and Disneyland was high on my list! So, let’s chat about how you can secure both experiences for your upcoming vacation.
Fortunately, Disneyland Paris makes it easy to add a
guided tour to Paris or Versailles to your
Hotel + Ticket package. When you’re booking on the Disneyland Paris website, you’ll see the option to add an excursion during checkout. If you’ve already booked a Hotel + Ticket package, go to
“My Bookings” on the website and click into your reservation. Under “Your booking,” expand “Your Extras,” and scroll down to the section called “Your experience beyond Disneyland Paris.” Here you’ll see the excursions available for your dates.
The exact tours may vary, but possibilities include
Excursion Paris Essentials and
Excursion Magic Tour Eiffel, which include a Seine River cruise and time to explore Paris. These tours conveniently pick up and drop off at certain Disneyland Paris hotels, so you don’t have to worry about any of the logistics!
The “Your Extras” section of your Hotel + Ticket package reservation is also where you can book
reserved viewing areas for nighttime shows and
guaranteed access to shows. My family did the reserved viewing area for
Disney Tales of Magic last fall. Our view of the projections and water features was amazing, and we loved that we didn’t need to get there too early to stake out a spot.
With Walt Disney Studios Park transforming into
Disney Adventure World on March 29th, this year is the practically perfect time to visit Disneyland Paris! I’m particularly excited for
World of Frozen, especially the incredible
Olaf animatronic that was teased on Instagram! Be sure to check out Disney Parks Blog’s
Everything You Need to Know about World of Frozen for all the details, from dining to entertainment.
I hope you have a magical time exploring both Disneyland Paris and the surrounding area! If you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney.
