Howdy Lorena!
Welcome to
planDisney, a group of the rootinest tootinest Disney vacation enthusiasts you ever will meet! I am happy that you decided to stop by with your question, and it would be my pleasure to help lasso an answer for you.
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park have reopened with significantly limited capacity to comply with governmental requirements and promote physical distancing. At this time, there have not been any official announcements about potential increases to park capacity, though we may see the capacity raised in accordance with the guidance from health authorities. I highly recommend following the
Disney Parks Blog and the
Disneyland Resort Updates page for the latest, most up-to-date information. As always, the procedures currently in place may change as
Disneyland Resort continues to update health and safety processes based on guidance from the state of California and local health officials.
All Guests are required to obtain a theme park reservation through the new
theme park reservation system in advance. At this time, only California residents may visit the parks, and proof of residency may be required. Out-of-state visitors may begin
purchasing theme park tickets and making theme park reservations to visit the theme parks on or after June 15, 2021.
I hope this information helps you plan to return to
The Happiest Place on Earth sometime soon! Remember, you’ve got a friend in us here at
planDisney, so stop back by any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
