Hi Shannon,
Welcome to planDisney! Even some of the best-laid Disney plans need to change from time to time, so while
theme park tickets are non-refundable, I'm happy to share that you do have some flexibility with using them and that they'll never lose their value.
If you purchased one-day tickets, they will be valid through December 30, 2022. You will need to keep in mind that one-day tickets do have a
tier associated with them based on the time of year and day of the week that you're planning to visit, so it may be necessary to
upgrade their tier before using them. If you purchased multi-day tickets, they must be used within 13 days of first use or by January 12, 2023, whichever occurs first. And if you happen to make it to that expiration date over a year from now, and still haven't been able to visit The Happiest Place on Earth yet, rest assured that you'll be able to apply the amount you spent on your wholly unused tickets to the purchase of new tickets with an equal or higher price.
Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Shannon. Whether you're able to enjoy your Disneyland Resort adventure sometime soon or you keep your Disney dreams alive for a visit further down the road, I hope it's truly magical!
Missy
