Hello. When Disneyland Magic Keys are available again on January 10th (2024) will there be a monthly payment option for California residents?

Hi Kelly! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

How excited are you that Magic Key sales are about to open up again? I know I love having more access to the magic, special perks and exclusives, and discounts. We love to dine as a family in the parks, so the dining discount is one that really comes in handy! I also love the complimentary little collectibles I've gotten throughout the year thanks to my Magic Key.

California residents purchasing a Magic Key have the option of a monthly payment plan, which is so helpful! I wish this option was open to me as well. According to this great buying guide, to take advantage of this option, be sure your Disneyland Resort profile is updated to reflect your current California address and you are logged in before you place a Magic Key in your cart. This way, the system knows you are eligible when you do check out. If you successfully add a Magic Key to your chart, you should see an option to make monthly payments, which you'll want to check. You'll also need to provide a credit card as your method of payment for the down payment and future monthly payments. Just be sure you've read through all the terms before purchasing. They are subject to change.

Be sure to be online and ready to jump in the queue to purchase in a timely fashion! Magic Keys are popular and can sell out quickly. Bring some patience in case of a wait and don't close your tab or web browser. I've got my fingers crossed for you!

    Best of luck.
