We were at Disneyland last week and purchased two hats and had them embroidered. Unfortunately, upon arrival home the hats were chewed by our dogs. Is there a way we could replace them? We won't be heading back to the parks anytime soon.

Hiya, Diane, and welcome to planDisney! As a dog lover, I was a little sad to read you are considering replacing your pups simply because they got into some mischief. But then I reread your question and realized you hope to replace the hats they chewed! I should have known you adore your canine companions as much as Mickey loves Pluto, so let's give your dogs a pat and look at some options to replace those mangled hats.

Although you probably won't be able to order an embroidered Ear Hat directly from Disneyland Resort, you can watch the Disney Parks section of the shopDisney website because items are constantly being added. I also recommend you call Merchandise Guest Services to see if they have any suggestions.

I did a quick search to see general availability for hats and ears on shopDisney, and I found plenty of baseball caps that can be personalized. If that's the type of hat you'd like to replace, you might be in luck!

But if Rover munched on some classic Ear Hats, your best bet is to head back to Disneyland Resort to purchase brand new ones. For a great selection, I recommend the Emporium at Disneyland Park. Regardless of where you find replacements, remember to keep the new chapeaus where the doggos can't reach them!

Diane, I'm so glad your pooches are safe and sound. I'm sure those hats were fabulous, but your dogs are more fabulous. Right? Right??

Thanks again for stopping by planDisney, Diane! When times get "ruff," we're here for you!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
