Ghoulish greetings and welcome to planDisney, Emily. We're so glad you dragged yourself on over to share this question with us. It won't be much longer until you begin your magical adventure at the Disneyland Resort, so let's get to the bottom (or perhaps dead center) of your question.
It looks like you will be arriving just in time to squeeze in some final moments of holly jolly cheer before the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort disappear into the night. Before they do, you can still enjoy the season's screamings and see how Jack Skellington and pals have wrecked the halls at
Haunted Mansion Holiday. I'm dying to share that this attraction does have a Lightning Lane entrance and is available with the purchase of
Lightning Lane Multi Pass. You can skip the standby line and head directly to your doom buggy.
You're sure to have your best Disney day with Lightning Lane Multi Pass. Remember that you can make your first selection as soon as your ticket has been scanned and you've entered the theme park. I also like to set a timer on my phone to remind me of when to make my next selection. If you will be visiting with someone else, be sure to link your tickets in the
Disneyland app to book Lightning Lane selections together.
Finally, don't forget to take advantage of the unlimited
Disney PhotoPass digital downloads from the day. All of the festive holiday décor will still be up and great for taking pictures. One of my favorite spots is in front of either of the holiday trees. I think my favorite tree is the one on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure Park. I love the whimsy of the vintage ornaments that adorn the tree from top to bottom.
Emily, I hope this helps as you're getting ready for your visit. Please come back to visit with any other questions you may have in the future. Here's wishing you a most magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth and cheers to the New Year!
