Happiest greetings, Janet! Thanks for bringing us your question. I'm so excited for your first visit to
The Happiest Place on Earth. I hope you fall in love with it!
While there are many similarities between Disneyland Resort and
Walt Disney World Resort, the ability to book dining reservations for your entire trip all at once is a distinctly Walt Disney World perk. Don't tell my
planDisney bestie Brent that the West Coast isn't the best coast in this instance. (He'd never let me hear the end of it.) While you can search date ranges for available reservations, you must book your Disneyland Resort
advanced dining reservations one at a time. I know this might be an adjustment, so I'm sending you some faith, trust, and pixie dust on this part of your planning, Janet!
My pal Courtney gave great tips on exactly how this works in a previous planDisney answer - you should check it out!Janet, something we do have during your visit is a fantastic
Holiday celebration complete with
ride overlays,
A Christmas Fantasy Parade, and a Disney Festival of Holidays at
Disney California Adventure Park. Most of these come included with a regular theme park admission ticket! Be sure to check the
Disney Parks Blog and
Disneyland Instagram for great planning tips and upcoming offerings for your visit. And, of course, please come back and ask me any other questions you may have! I'd be happy to help!
See ya real soon,
Melissa
