Hi there, Gerardo,
Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad you stopped by with a question.
My initial thought when reading your question was that you have an expired
Magic Key. I'm not able to chat with you directly to ask any follow-up questions, but if you were previously able to see a Magic Key in your
Disneyland Mobile App and your monthly payments as a California resident have suddenly stopped, you may have forgotten to
renew your Magic Key within the designated 30 days prior to expiration. Unfortunately, once a Magic Key has expired there is no option to reinstate that particular pass again, and
new sales of Magic Keys are paused at this time.
It's possible I may have misunderstood your question, or even that there is some other issue at play, so I'd recommend reaching out to a
Disneyland Cast Member by phone if you believe your pass should still be active. A dedicated line for Magic Key Holders can be accessed by calling (714) 781-7277. They should be able to confirm details or update your payment method if your Magic Key was somehow removed in error.
If you discover that your pass has indeed expired, you'll want to keep a close eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and the
Official Disneyland Magic Key Instagram account for the most up-to-date announcements when pass sales resume.
I know this is likely not the answer you hoped to hear today, but I do hope that you can get to the bottom of the issue. If we can assist with anything else in the meantime, please stop by again and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
