Does Disneyland allow professional photo sessions in the park?

    Hey Jennifer!

If you are looking to take magical photos at the Disneyland Resort, I can share more about your options.

First, professional photographers entering Disneyland Resort to take photographs for commercial purposes will need permission from Disney. If the photo session is for personal purposes and not commercial, the photographer will need to be mindful of which items are prohibited in the parks and the resort. But I still recommend the photographer also speak with a Cast Member to discuss the nature of the photo session to see what will and will not be permitted.

Before I let you go, I want to share information about Disney PhotoPass. There are Cast Members that are also photographers at various locations throughout both parks that can take professional-level photos of you at PhotoPass locations, and photos are very affordable.

Have a magical experience! And if you need more advice, I hope you come back to us at planDisney!

    Best wishes,
