My Disney World vacation was a gift to me. How can I tell if a meal plan was included?

    Welcome to planDisney, Brandt!

What an absolutely amazing person that you must have in your life. I could not think of a more generous gift than a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Brandt, it seems as if you know that your accommodations and theme park tickets are included in your gift package. At this time, dining plans are not available, so I would assume that dining would not be included in your gift unless the cost was covered through something like a Disney Gift Card

Brandt, if you have not already, you will want to make sure that you go ahead and create a My Disney Experience Account. This will be your online planning tool where you can manage all aspects of your vacation including your dining reservations and Disney Park Pass system reservations

Once you have created your My Disney Experience Account, go ahead and link your resort reservations and theme park tickets to your account. Once your tickets are safely in your account, you can go ahead and make your Disney Park Pass system reservations. A valid theme park reservation is required for entry in addition to your theme park ticket, and reservations do sell out, so I recommend that you do this as soon as possible.

Once everything is all loaded up, all you have to do is to sit back, relax, and prepare to make your advanced dining reservations 60 days before your check-in date!

I just know you will have a magical time, Brandt! Please come back here if we can help in your planning adventure!

    See you real soon!
