My Disney World vacation will be ending on November 3nd. Will there by any Christmas decorations up on the 1st or the 2nd that I will be able to see?

    Hi Jacqueline,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort is during one of my favorite times of year. The 2014 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parties kick off on November 7 so you should be able to see holiday decorations going up on November 1 and 2. In fact, as soon as Halloween ends, Cast Members begin working their magic to dress up the theme parks for the holidays. One of my favorite videos on the official YouTube channel for Disney Parks is Time-Lapse Video: Magic Kingdom Park Decorated for the Holidays, with a behind-the-magic look at how Magic Kingdom Park transitions from Halloween to the holidays. The remarkable transformation is done virtually overnight by a very talented group of Cast Members.

Please let me know if I can help answer any other questions before your fall visit to Walt Disney World.

    Have a magical day!
