Heigh-Ho Sherrill,
Welcome to planDisney, we are a panel of Guests who have a wealth of Disney knowledge and Disney travel experience which we love sharing with our Fellow Guests. I am happy to help with your curiouser and curiouser Walt Disney World ticket question. Guests should know, prior to purchasing, Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to make your trip, the value of your tickets can be used towards your next visit. I suggest, when you purchase your Walt Disney World tickets, keeping the date of purchase, ticket confirmation number, the form of payment and the My Disney Experience it is attached to or email, in a safe place for future reference.
Most of the time Guests can simply modify the dates, on their old tickets, to their new arrival dates and will pay the cost difference. However, if there is any confusion or the tickets are no longer showing in your My Disney Experience account email WDW-Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
tickets.usage@DisneyWorld.com and include:
*Your Name
*A phone number where you can be reached
*Ticket Purchase Confirmation number(s) or 12-Digit Ticket ID number for each ticket
*Date of purchase
*Form of Payment
*A detailed message of when you would like to use your unused tickets
A Cast Member will contact you with further information and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo send you on your way to planning your next magical adventure. If I can be of any further assistance feel free to ask and stay up to date with Disney News and exciting announcement by following the
Disney Parks Blog.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
