    I am going to Disney world on 31stMay for 2 weeks. I have a 8 year old daughter I have tried to book the Mickey's Backyard BBQ Dinner but there is no availability. Do they leave some spaces for people to book on site or can you suggest an alternative ?

    Hey Elaine!  My best advice is to be persistent.  Call everyday before you leave and once you arrive, try again.  They truly do have cancelations so you just never know.  Just this last trip I was able to secure a reservation two days before we left, so it can happen.  You asked for other suggestions, and I am not sure of your other reservations but if you don't get the BBQ dinner have you thought about Chef Mickey, Garden Grill or O'Hana.  I mention these three as Mickey Mouse is also at these three character dining experiences.  If you have any other questions about specific character dining options I would be more than happy to help you.
